Is your life worth living?


Some of us are tangerine slices, we become complacent with our current situation even if they don’t suit us. While some of us are head of oranges trying to fill the vacancy with the method of ‘fitting in.’ And it so happens when you are under suppression or some exertion. This pressure builds up a pile such that it leads to an over extremist force which pushes out the emotions in our heart under which we stayed from a long time, but deep down few corners remain left and this cycle goes on.
This happens not only to every women but also men who fails to deny the unbearable acceptance by friends, family, colleagues and other communicators. And the moment you caught up under this pressure, the journey towards depression starts. Out of nowhere, you become upset and starts crying. Your heart is never clinged up on anything but being sad. Not the pressure, but the fear of being underestimated, being judged, “called as boring” and back -bitched . And Ultimately you have two options left; either over think or ignore. You are going to judged and talked about in whatever option you choose. Soft- hearted man and woman are the ones who fall under this category, they over think and get hurt.
According to psychology, Female are more prone to depression. Sadness, feeling down, having a loss of interest or pleasure in daily activities – these are symptoms familiar to all of us. But, if they persist and affect our life substantially, it may be depression. The causes of depression are not fully understood but are likely to be a complex combination of genetic, biological, environmental, and psychosocial factors. Depression is a common illness worldwide, with more than 300 million people affected.
Stress is the main factor contributing depression. This psychological factor leads to the degraded motivation level. Talking freely about your problems by being comfortable can improves a lot. The question arises here What is the worth of living that life where your choices, your opinions, your self respect doesn’t hold a place? Those choices which we could easily accomplish when we were a kid, without any fear of commitments. Is depression entitled till mental illness with no reasonable cure and people will still call it a stigma!
Your life is entitled to make every moment worth living. Gear up your motivation, head high and cherish every moment of life.
